I received SMS today from VZ-ViCMS stating ‘Thank you for mydala powered deal, you have been charged Rs. 49, Your balance is Rs. 15.67’ at 14.12 PM on 08/01/2021. I never requested or SMS to such services. Money deducted from my balance without my permission. Such reputed Telecom companies suppose to support consumer. Money balance should be restored back to my mobile account.
