Hello, I’m Deepika Niroula. I was applying for jobs and sending my resume at quikr naukri and such employment sites  as most of people would be doing because of the whole pandemic and lockdown situation. That’s when I received a call about data entry typing work from home and the amount was 30,000 rupees which shocked me and I confronted them that why will someone give that kind of money for just typing work and that too work from home. But they promised me an ethical job of data typing but it wasn’t legit at all. It all started on 17th of june I got a call saying that I am employed under them for a data entry typing work from home job there were like 3 calls in a day. Soon there were these agreement papers sent to me via mail on 18th of june mid afternoon and the guy literally stayed on the line and said just read it upar uparse a woman will call you and you just have to say yes yes to everything she says he said I will be paid by a person named “sriyans jadhac” I was literally applying for the first time in my life for a job I had bare minimum knowledge that fraud companies like these exist. The next day there felt something weird as I texted the guy, who sent me details about job and connected me with that woman on phone about the job, on WhatsApp but he ignored all my texts he saw them but didn’t reply any one and that’s when i got suspicious. I mailed them within 24 hours that I do not wish to continue the job they said okay we’ll call or mail back to you and then they reverted to me the next day in the morning. I gotta admit there was a trend in their calling timings everyday they used to call near 10 a.m. So, I said I want to discontinue and they said I cannot as I’ve signed the agreement (which is false as the agreement was only sent to me online) the agreement papers they sent online had fake stamp even the papers weren’t legit. the company logo you should see omg it cannot even be called as a logo. It is that weak. This continued for weeks then once my dad heard them harassing me to pay money so he took over the phone and raised his voice on that guy for allegedly blackmailing and harassing me since almost three weeks. Since then the calls stopped. Until today around 3:30 p.m. on 17th August, 2020. A woman claimed her name to be Arpita Basu called herself an advocate and said i have a hearing tomorrow morning at 11.00 a.m. at Delhi Court. My dad was sitting right beside me and heard all the conversation luckily. She also said that i have to bring along 1,80,000 rupees to the court with me as a penalty of not following their orders, which is crazy as they are the ones who at first are not following companies act ethics orders. That woman was so adamant about herself I pity her job I mean blackmailing innocent people and trying to loot money outta them is even downgraded than a handicapped beggar begging for money. I feel sorry to compare it with the beggar as well because its even a disgrace to him!

The people doing this are nothing but hoax and are doing it on the name of a sham company. Tops technology company as they gave me the address is located in Gujarat, Kheda. The helpline email they gave in <help4formsfilling.in> The woman who sends all those papers is Aarti Waghmare under her gmail id of <[email protected]> The guy who texted me as salesman was using the whatsapp number #9081106350#. He was then registered as someone else (notably a guy) in his name and is now registered as Arpita. Looking at his WhatsApp profile picture now, I notice that he is still continuing this fraud work as the profile picture states work from home. I feel sad that there are already complaints regarding this where people have even lost some money in thousands of rupees to this hoax company and yet they aren’t a bit of afraid of continuing this job. Please do ban the company(if there even exists one) and put everyone behind this blackmailing job behind the bars as they are looting, harassing, blackmailing, wasting time, and also affecting some people’s mental health as some really get worried and stressed out by frauds like this.
