On 7th of August 2021, I started working with a data entry company called High Tech Enterprises from Dhule, Maharashtra. The call came from their side , i.e they approached me on a call.
After I agreed to work with them , they provided an agreement which didn’t have any company signature, they asked me for my adhaar and signature. After I signed the agreement , I completed the work given in the given amount of time but when I called for the helpline , it says it doesn’t even exist. We even googled the address of the company and no such company exist anywhere in India. After the completion of my work there comes a mail stating that I didn’t have any accuracy. They didn’t even give a demo video nor they mentioned what’s considered as a mistake. Yesterday, they called me asking for the money saying that I haven’t done the given work properly. I said that your company’s helpline doesn’t even exist how am I supposed to know what’s considered a mistake! . Today I received an e-mail stating that they have sent my file to their advocate associate firm. This mail was sent by some Rina Shrivastav.
