I signed a contract with them for data entry work. They give me 375 forms to complete in 4 days because of my study and college I am unable to complete all work but still I complete 318 forms. After the incompletion of work, they file a case against me of Act 1872 sections 72, 73, and 74 and they also told me that for out-of-court settlement I wants to pay 54000 rupees to them.

I wish this company must sue.
Same thing happened to my wife.o paid some amount also.can you please help me on this
