I received a call for data entry job from a company named Vista Infotech where I was asked to fill 410 forms within 4 days with 90% accuracy. They told me if the data entered will not be 90% accurate, I will have to pay them the registration fee of Rs. 5270. First of all the data was extremely irrelevant but still I entered everything that was written. After completing the work I got a QC report which stated that the data was not filled with 90% accuracy to which I did not agree with. They give me only 10 minutes to pay that fee so I asked for proof they didn’t gave me any proof instead of that they said we filed a case .Even he is not talking and cutting my call .he said they will not talk with any one they said . But after that I received a mail from a fraud lawyer named Rajesh solanki who sent mail from following id : gujaratcourt828@gmail.com to me that now I have to cancel the agreement with the company for which I would have to sign an NOC agreement and pay him around Rs. 87,950. I was not informed anything about this agreement and recorrection process prior. I didn’t agree to sign the cancellation and reprocess even they told for correction process I need to pay Rs 19950/ about this they didn’t mention before starting the project even i asked twise about it, so he declined the NOC and sent me a court notice stating that now I have to pay around Rs.4,56,950/ and also asked me to present myself In the court. I am not going to pay a single penny further to these fraudsters.
