On 18 sep 2020 i got call from prathmesh bagal (8286275034) he told me about captcha work and send me a mail of agreement and told to sign and mail. He told me about 10 days work and 20 thousand income if 90% work done correct. If I fail to maintain quality of work i have to pay panelty 5400 but it will cut from your salary. I said ok to him. After 15 days no any mail or call. Suddenly one day a lawyer called me and said about breaching the agreement and i have to pay penalty of 5400 or we will case you. I paid the amount fear of case but after that company called me and said to continue to agreement or to termiate it. If i want to continue agreement i have to pay 20 thousand which will be refundable or to terminate i have to pay 16200/-. I paid such amount to fear of case and court. But after that they again called me to sign and come to gujrat court in 1 day. I told thats impossible to present in court from maharashtra to gujrat. So they said about digital sign and to pay 24 thousnad more. Otherwise come in court. I blocked all of those numbers.
I demand them for agreement and noc they provided me. But they again called me for case presence in court or to pay digital sign and amount of 24,000/-.
