On 5th May, An enquiry was sent to Delfa Impex regarding the advertisement of Data Entry for a job that they had got for the company. Certificates and other documents were shown in the website. On 6th May I received an email with the link for the payment and a note that vacancies are limited, and registration is closing soon. I had registered for plan 2 and paid 20K. After the payment, I had received an email with my Employee ID: EV0605 and date of registration 06-05-23 and first assignment details. Assignment was completed and submitted on 3rd June. After submission of assignment email, I got another email stating that my work is under review by their client in Europe and there will be a delay of 10days and requested patience till then. On 18th June after sending a reminder, another email was received regarding the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and other banks in US and Europe. Due to this their payments are stuck and expecting a delay of 15 days. On 5th July, after various reminders another email was received stating that the work is being reviewed and will take another 15 days. After this I haven’t received any email from their side. Tried calling their number but the same is switched off.
Would appreciate taking up the matter and providing a refund of the 20K that was initially paid.
