I lost my job due to covid situation and searching for jobs and its very pathetic position and very hard to earn money. One day I got the call about a data entry opportunity and they spoke positively stating you can complete 1200 forms easily in 12 days and you will get 18000. They asked for aadhar and as per the given task, I completed 1200 forms in 12 days and submitted them. After 2 days I got mail that 50% of the forms are incorrect and I have to pay 3500 for not meeting the accuracy. I strongly say that I have not typed any mistakes. I got an email stating legal notice and even I got WhatsApp stating that they have tried to reach me but couldn’t connect. They gave me 3 hours time to pay 3500 or else legal FIR will be filed on me and sent to court. If it’s filed you have to come to Uttarakhand court and pay 50000. I contacted them and said what’s the issue, They said as per the agreement you have to pay a fine or else come to court, I was so frustrated and paid 3500. They said we have closed the case and you will receive a call for canceling your agreement. After 30 mins I received another call stating that would you like to cancel the agreement? I said Yes cancel the agreement and issue me NOC. He said to pay more 3000 rupees again (1500 for cancellation and 1500 for NOC) It was like an argument they are saying if you don’t want to pay come to court and discuss. It was so tuf time for me to arrange money and am getting calls. I will loos all my reputation in my family if such things happen. I borrowed money from my friends and closed the issue still. I am looking for help. This is a very crucial time for everyone suffering from job loss and other business opportunities because of Covid. Like me, many other people should not fall in this kind of situation. Please support and help me to resolve this. These company has to close as early as possible
