I got a call from 8596057938(Neha Sharma) for the typing jobs for which I have to fill an agreement in which it is mentioned to fill 600 forms in 5 days. When I saw the aggreement it was written we have to fill the form with 90% of accuracy, if in the end 90% accuracy means 540 forms are correct I will be getting (19200-5800)= 13400, where 5800 is there registration charges. I have completed the work within the time and got a false report that 98 forms are wrong. And the explanation for wrong filling was also wrong, and after 2 days I got message from this number 8596058065(Mini sol Net Com) to pay their registration money of 5800 as I have wrongly filled more than 10% of 600 forms, So I told them this is false report you are sending, So he told ok wait for legal proceedings.
After 5 days I got a mail , on February 8th 2023, attaching the body from [email protected]
Dear Concern,
This is to inform you that the legal department of ADAM TECHNOLOGY has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per the Indian Contract Act 1872, you have signed an agreement and if you don’t make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious about our client’s Infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount as per the agreement term. As per an Indian Penal code section, 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. If you don’t pay what our client demands, you need to pay double the amount and legal notice will be issued to you. If you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.

I didn’t get it, I am filling the form 8 hours a day for 6 days to with complete care to have 90% accuracy to get my money, but they are giving a totally false report to claim their registration fee of ,5800/- , What to do further I don’t understand, please help me out.
