Dear Sir,
My name is Sukhdev Chouhan & I live in Beawar city of Rajasthan.
Recently I received a call from phone no. 8140442461 (they shared that they were from Amazon Data solution) informing about available part time job of data feeding. They asked if I can arrange a computer for the same. As I wanted to do some part time job, I agreed and shared my Aadhar, email id & Moble no with them.
Then they shared one link and One Time Password. From that link generated one agreement which is enclosed. The same was digitally signed by me. The terms of the agreement stated that I will get Rs. 40 per entry and I was to complete 1000 entries wthout changing IP or internet connection of the computer. It was written that 90% accuracy should be there.
When I completed 316 entries, I received a error message (enclosed). The same was emailed to them. I got their response after 2 days stating that the I would get a call from technical team & legal team.
After this I got a call from phone no. 9512192130 followed by an email stating that I have to pay Rs. 7558/- if I want to continue the project and if I want to terminate I have to pay 19558/-. When I refused, they started calling again & again.
On date 28-Dec-2020 I received a notice by Adv. Preeti M Patel stating that I need to pay the charges.
