On 16.12.2020 at 5:16 PM, I got a call from Mobile Number 9909443836 name the guy is Mitul Desai and e-mail address is mituldesai9998@gmail.com of CENTUM WEB SLOUTIONS He offered me data entry job, saying they are govt. certified company. I’ve to fill up 440 form in 4 days with 90% accuracy and they will give rupees 34/- per form (total 14960/-) and the registration fees of 4960/- will be deducted from salary.
He said that you have received link and you will open the same on your laptop/ pc and create a link for the same. They sent me a 100 rupees stamp paper agreement and told that upload your photo, aadhar card and images of your signature. Then I did the same. They forward me the logging ID and I create the password through their link which they provided.
Then they called me and told that attend the verification call and agree for the job. After few minutes one lady called me for verification from this mobile number 6356325078 and I disagree to do the job. Then she told me to call to 9909443836 and tell the same (that is I don’t want to work). I ringed the number at 7:19 pm. and told the same. He said that you are already signed the legal court agreement, if you do not do the work you have to pay the registration fee amount which is rupees 4960/-.
Then I feared and mailed them that Don’t cancell it. Pls. send the job to wecare@centumwebsolution.com. And after some time in the evening I logged in did some data entry work. And did the work 4 days continued and done the project. On the next day after completion of project that is 23rd December 2020 the company mailed me a QC report mention that i am not eligible for salary because of not maintaining 90% Accuracy. After one guy call me 9537732291 and tell you have to pay the registration amount of rupees 4960/- and there will be no legal action taken against you. Company will apply for your noc in the court. On the same day evening I received a mail from sender ADVOCATE ASSOCIATE Wasim Shaikh (mobile no.)
9978813357 that FIR has been registered against me. Here the clear amount which I’ve to pay is rupees 37,950/- on the behalf of company name CENTUM WEB SOLUTIONS. that your case has been registered at district sessions court Rajkot Gujarat. On same mail from advocateassociate87@gmail.com by giving legal notice where they said come At Rajkot Gujarat District Court For Further Legal proceedings and you need to be present at Rajkot gujarat district court on 25/12/2020 with the challan amount of 37950/- inr.failure to present at court date, court is liable to issue an arrest warrant against you.
