Dear sir/Mam,
Greetings of the day!
This is with reference to a data entry job which I have enrolled myself on 22nd March 2023.
The company ( Shiftpeak hiring service Delhi) , without even informing me about the agreement and job closure process they enrolled me by taking my aadhar card copy and photo with digital signature. Now the clause says that in case on non-closure of the job with in 12 days i liable to pay the penalty.
Basically filling up 1200 forms in 13 days and is very complicated address and client profiles

Likely same happened with me, I filled all the forms within 12 days, now when it comes to payout they are sending wrong/fake Q/C reports and claiming their so called charges of Rs. 3900/-.
I am going to file a legal complaint into the court from my end. If you can you can also file one . . ?
