Dear sir,
I had applied for online job through quikr and I have got a call from an unknown number (96876 21549), offered a work from home (Online e-filing forms) of 1000 pages in 10 days of time period, paying @ 30 rs per page with an agreement.
I agreed as I need a job because I am jobless now due to covid-19. Later they send me the agreement and acceptance letter although both of them are unsigned by me.
I completed my job on time with accuracy and submitted the forms within the given timeline.
But they send that my QC is 90%. and i have been using 2 different network ,when i was using my loan computer and same internet service. I mailed to their helpline with prove and asked them to check the issue. But they didn’t respond and send me a mail with legal notice, that I have to pay 18000/-.
Although I haven’t done anything wrong. They keep sending me mail and text msgs as they are taking legal actions. Also repeatedly calling and Pushing me pay the money.
So, I did an inquiry on companies e-mail and its location, but really it doesn’t exist in anywhere.
Sir, I am sharing all the phone numbers and email ids.
Please help me to overcome this issue.

Same thing happen with me and the advocate she abusing me shouting on me if u don’t pay this amount i take u to the court and also sending me mail or sms for money thing and when i paid the money she block me after 1 week

Dont work for the Amazon data Solution because it a fraud company. Last week we complaint against this company in cyber cell .the police man says this is not a genuine company and dont pay any amount if they want. It always says that you are using multiple ip that’s why our system crash and we file complaint against you if you want to work continue then you have to pay amount.like that.so
Don’t believe like that fraud and file your complaint such type of fraud at nicp

As I was out of job I fell in the trap and have agreed to work but then I couldn’t trust some of the things and I checked for any complains against them. https://freelanceworkusa.com/work/ This is their website. I came across this and I am scared as i started with this. Is there any way to get out of this? Please reply back to me ASAP.

The same thing happen with me. on my whatsapps,I received 1 message to get work from home job which goverment orientied job. I agree with him and start the job with https://freelanceworkusa.com/work/ ,they told me that in 8 days you have to filled 800 form with 90% accuracy, after 4 days they blocked my user id and call mail me for multipal login & used 2 devices, after that they have send me 1 notice by advocate writting with Termination & Penalty amount which is approx Rs.21000/- which is penalty payable on me for server crash,if not paid within 2 hour thay told me will take legal action in court. that I have Paid half amount and another half payment I have given 3 days time to recover all amount.
Please help me in this regard, is legal or fraud case.
