I am student and a company CETRON DATA SERVICES” The company name introduced by a girl and she misguided me for a verification of mail to signature of the contract by asking me to upload a pic of mine to verify the mail. And then other person called me to tell the details of the work.. And when I said I am not interested he asked me to pay 1500 to cancel the contract within 24hrs..and I ended up filling 1000 forms within ten days as one of them told if I finish submitting the forms within 10 days then I won’t be paying any charges.. And I submitted the forms on time and they show half of the forms incorrect and are now threatening me to pay 3400/- for not completing the task properly. I have blocked them. And also wanted to bring this scam in notice
“am legal adviser VIRAAJ CHAVAN .
I am calling from legal department you taken the work from CETRON DATA SERVICES you received 1000 forms but you didn’t complete your work as per rules already told you if your work is not complete then you have to pay admin charges 3400 and if you want cancel then you call to helpline or mail and pay cancellation charges within 24 hours if you will not pay then your agreement is consider as continue and complete your 1000 forms if your work is not complete then you have to pay admin charges 3400…
if you didn’t pay 3400 then we take legal action against you and once you receive a legal notice or FIR copy then you have to pay 15000 to 20000 in court so pay the charges and close this case ASAP…” This is the message sent to me today.
