I was searching for the home based jobs becz i want to pursue my studies and i need money so i posted my CV on quikr as well..One day a call came and the girl said she’s working with crop technology and they told me about everything that i have to fill 1000 forms in 11 days and afterthat they will deduct their registration from my first salary.There was an agreement of 100 stamp paper which a person has to sign before start the work.I accepted their offer and i started working…i was working with my laptop all the time and after some days my account was blocked for no reason …i asked the girl but she didn’t attend my call and i also sent the mail to the customer care to resolve this matter as it was continuosly showed me that my account had been blocked for multiple logins but it was not possible…..on the very next day a mail sent to me regarding legal notice and the call of the advocate came and he threatened me relating to legal proceedings as i am not aware about the court proceedings …He told me that if i want to rescind the contract then i have to pay the money of 35k to the company otherwise i have to face the company in the court or if i want to continue my work then i have to pay 15k to the company .i paid the amount to pursue my work again now the issue is happening again i dont want to pay money again for no reason…pls help me !
