On 25th Nov 2022, I Booked a tour for 14th April 2023 for Darjeeling from Company “Craft me trip”.

I had given advance payment of Rs.27500/-, and Rs. 41040/-(for train ticket booking) total of Rs. 68,540/- and for ask them to share hotel booking details and after several reminders agent share all 2 hotels details with booking ID, they told to provide vehicle and driver details 2-3 days before of travelling, while calling on 14th December for train confirmation,
They give excuses after that last 15 days back to till date Agent not respond my call, messages and mails.

After making any payment, I call all hotels to confirm booking that time they show the booking and now booking was not confirm.

Then agent told me they refund the money within 15 days, but till date no refund is process by them and not pick my calls.

Kindly help me to refund my money back
