I have ordered 2 pair of candles but received I damaged so I file a return request next day a delivery boy come and tooked my product without giving me a return slip and then at that day evening they massage me that the quality check failed and next day when I asked them to return my product to me so that I can rise a return request they started asking me for money I have complaint about this to mesho but no action taken and now I don’t have the product not the money . I have the proof as the product has been picked up call recording and for asking me money I have screenshot.
