I placed an order via Borzo Indian(formerly WeFast) on 2nd August 2023 to deliver a parcel of food items from Noida Sector 39 to G Block Saket, New Delhi. This was an insured order and I paid extra amount of delivery fee (Rs. 248) to insure my parcel that cost me Rs 2000. However, the parcel was never delivered and the courier partner kept lying that he will deliver it the next day. On raising a complaint with Borzo India Customer Services Claims Team, their representative Mr Rajiv Bhatt kept delaying my claim making all kinds of excuses. He even said that the courier partner Raha Varma did not visit my residence when clearly it show in the app that he did and he himself admitted that he did. On explaining this, the claims team representative Mr Rajiv then asked me for a bill of the products lost and stolen by the courier partner. I provided the bill and asked him to refund the entire amount as it is an insured order. He refused to refund both the delivery fee paid by me as well as the amount of my lost and stolen items. I request you to please take strictest action against Borzo India for committing such serious frauds and then refusing to refund the hard earned money of an already aggrieved and harassed customer.
