We have observed a charge of Rs 32640/- on 24th January 2022 from a vendor “RETAIL DOMESTIC PT”. However, we have not authorized this payment, nor do we recognize it from any known vendor. This is an unauthorized and fraudulent charge, and we request you to please reverse it and investigate how it has happened.
I got message for transaction OTP on my debit card on Retail Domestic PT, and 7 transaction OTP done and auto debit the amount then after blocked the account got 2nd message of transaction declined , but i did not make this transaction, it. Seems some one tried to make fraud transaction
