I have invested 90k in Groupon mall and doesnt have enough money to invest in the mall to withdraw amount, so I asked HRIDAYESH, who is the agent to give sometime for me to arrange the amount.Later he pinged me and told me that he will arrange the funds to my bank accounts and I have to transfer the amount to whatever account details he shares at that point of time.The procedure continued for 10days and later my bank account was blocked by cyber security , stating that I have cheated JYOTHIKA GUPTA, Person from Groupon for money, and that person raised complaint against me to cyber security, and hence they blocked my debit transactions in my account. I contacted that agent and explained the issue and asked him to resolve this issue since am not aware of any such person and JYOTHIKA GUPTA is one of those persons who has sent money to my account as said by HRIDAYESH.
Now am unable to use my bank account and that agent is also not reachable.
I have raised the same complaint to MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS with all details needed.
Please resolve this issue, it is a problem for me
