Hello, I am Harsh Garg, I am writing this mail to report about the fraud. As, On 15th August, 2023 I met an accident, which also causes damage to my ola scooter. To repair my scooter, I file a complain on service center of ola electrical on September 2nd, 2023. I was waiting for the response from the service centre, but there was not response till September 20th, 2023, after that the service centre responded and took my scooter to the service centre. There are some parts got damaged during the accidents which requires proper service, and in outcome the company repair the scooter and charges 5500 from me. The issue is,I already had the scooter insurance taken from your company and i have ola care+ too because of the insurance I am not liable to pay any rupees to your company. The 5500 charged by your employee is completely wrong, I have the insurance papers. Saurabh is the name of the employee who has charged for the repairing of the scooter. Kindly, review my concerns and resolve it as soon as possible. I want all refund I have given to the company.
