• Dear Sir,
• On 10th Dec 2020, I have received a call from Miss kajal of Rectitude Technology for online captcha code job. After having a discussion with her she has send me an online agreement copy and asked me to sign on it. I have also received a verification call in which details was reconfirmed from me and after that I was supposed to receive my online I’d and password. But till date no I’d and password was been received to me nor any work has been assigned to me. And the number through which the recrutier kajal has called me the no is not reachable any more. Exactly after 10 days a legal notice from advocate minhaz has been received to for breach of contract u/s 73, 74, 75 of Indian Contract Act and demanding me to pay a sum of Rs. 9999 ( Inc stamp paper +gst).
