I booked my flight ticket from Pune to Delhi on the 6th of September. Subsequently, received an email from Travolook stating that I must wait for 30 minutes for getting the ticket, soon after which received email of “Booking cancelled with Travolook.in : RefId”.
On warning their customer care executive, I somehow managed to fetch my tickets from the company.
Unfortunately, due to Pune airport runway construction my flight got cancelled and I requested for money refund from Spicejet.
Within few days, received SMS from Spicejet regarding credit of money in Travolook account (which is coming as TripJack) on Spicejet website.
Its been over a month since I am trying to get my money back from this fraud website – @travolook and everytime they give me the reason “money is not yet been received from Spicejet”.
Had no other option than to raise concern/complaint on such forums.
