Text of Complaint by Himanshu Kumar Paswan:

I tried booking tickets with Travoloook on 14th March 2022 and after payment successful, I got mail and my status of booking got changed to Cancelled.

Again I tried booking for the same flight and same happened again to me. Two times my amount got deducted and still no refund received.

Later I received call from Travoloook regarding the same and they said we have processed your refund and it will credited to your account with 7 working day’s.

I tried reaching Travolook via call and mail but no response from their side.

Worst application to book any tickets.
After booking and payment of amount how can they called and said because of amount showing less after applied coupon code for booking so we are cancelling the booking. It’s not customer fault. It’s company fault they are doing fraud with customer.
Even after sending multiple mail they didn’t replied at all and for customer care call also they are increasing waiting time for call from 1 min to 1 hour.

No support from Travolook.

It’s fraud. Travolook cheating money from customer.

Not suggested for the customers to book from this site, because travolook used to take their money and will take interest from that.

I request Consumer Court to understand my problem and help me to get my refund with compensation amount and harassment.
