I Bhupati Kumar Mahata applied for installation a jiotower at silda in my pieceof land . www @reliancetowerjio .com send me a message approving my application no.Reliance/458796529809 & Document no.Reliance/58796529809 imy Emai:.bhupatimahata555@gmail.com & mob.no.9732864505 quoted as approved and demand Rs14500/ in INRas processing fee & Agreement feeRs 52500/ by Biswajit Chatterjee over mob.no.+919073206114of vodafone & mob no.+918167566638 airtel no.and insisted upon me to send tte processing fee Rs14500/ &Agreement fee Rs52500/ within 04.09.2018 otherwise your tower approval will be cancelled then from my sbi sb a/c no.30809356922 of jhargram ATM through I sentRs15000/ processing fee in the a/c of Debojit Chakraborty a/c no 61291856407 IFSC CODE NO. SBI0012360 as misguided Biswajit Chatterjee the Fraudent mob no. noted above told me to send that is the a/c no of the authorised JIOTOWER person and then on 05.09.2018 Biswajit chatterjee bounded to send the Tower Registration fee. I send Rs27500on 05.09.2018 from my sbi a/c jhargram through ATMto the a/c no of SBI vide no.61291856497 IFSC CODE NO.SBIN0012360 . TOTAL MONEY SEND FROM MY SB A/C NOTED ABOVE THROUGH ATM Rs42500/ was withdrawn by the fraduant Biswajit Chatterjee mobile holder +919073206114vodafone & +918167566638 airtel receipantof all my sending money from the a/c of Debojit Chakraborty misguiding me Rs 42500 was received by the FRAUDANT BISWAJIT CHATTERJEE THROUGH ATM FROM A/C NO 61291856407 IFSC CODE NO. SBIN0012360.ALLTHE MONEY WAS TRANSFERED FROM MY SB A/C TO SB A/C NO 61291856407 IFSC CODE NO SBIN0012360 .ALL WAS WITHDRAWN ON 04.09.2018&05.09.2018 BY BISWAJIT CHATTERJEE THROUGH ATM OF SBI A/C NO .ON 10.10.2018 Biswajit Chatterjee called to send Rs30000/as the customs charge for delivary of the tower materils otherwise the materials will not be transported. I told him that I shall not send you further one paise .then Biswajit ChatterJee managed a woman and she called me to send the money Rs30000/and she told I am calling from customs office. I last told the above noted two mobile holders to refund my money as soon as possible u otherwise a court case against you will be lodged for your fraudancy…
I Bhupati Kumar Mahata complained a lodge against Mr Biswajit Chatterjee the mobile holder vide no +919073206114 has received Rs 48000/ for several times for installation Reliance jio tower in my site at Silda followed with various techniques with the a/c no o other two persons established as the manager and other staffs of the jio company .He cheated my money I request to the honourable court of complai n to refund my money and I am not content to installation a Reliance jiotower. First he received Rs forty threethousand inthe account of Debojit Chakraborty,s SBI A/C NO. 61291856407 IFSC CODE NO SBIN0012360 on 04.09.2018 and 05.09.2018 repectively .Lastly on 02.11.2018 from INDUSLAND BANK inthe name of Tusher Kumar Maitra A/C no.100056258814 IFSC CODE NO INDB0000015 AT 19:07 P.M HIS ASSISTANT mob no. +919073204875 sent me a material purchase voucher of RCDK ADVISORY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED dated 31.10.2018 serial no.160 in the name of dipti rani mahata silda of Rs30,240/ having there is no name of materials in the voucher it is a raw voucher, I have sumitted details in previous statement here I ended my staement stating that I called him about 50 to sixty times but he does reply .next day I shall submit some events.
as per comment on 12nonember 2018 I want to refund of my money Rs48000/( Rsforty eight thousand only ) immediately and I donot want to install a reliance jiotower in my site at silda and to refund my paid money to my sb a/c no. 34169618671 IFSC code no. SBIN0009892 IMMEDIATELY abstain from installation of reliance jiotower in my site at silda .
I hereby requested to Mr Biswajit Chatterjee to refund Rs48000/ ( Rs forty thousand only ) received from several times on behalf of info@reliance towerjio,com estabshing himself asthe staff of the reliance jiotower company . I claimed Rs48000/ to refund the amount to my sb a/c no. 34169618671 IFSC code no. SBIN0009892 IMMEDIATELY .
