I am Jitendra Kumar sahu from Bihar.I received call from jio company regarding jio tower installation in my empty land whose name is pankaj kumar (7044008916)and first they asked few documents for verification on what’s up and gmail id [email protected] and after send the application form and said that they will be giving 15 lakh in advance ,15000 rent and a job with salary 15000 and asked for ₹14,300 for application processing charge and said this will be refunded after the installation of tower then i paid the amount and i asked for the agreement they said that after i will confirm your payment then only i will send you the agreement papers after sending agreement papers again they asked for ₹52,500 for security deposit which will be refunded in case the agreement is rejected or at the end of lease year and said that in 1 hr you will be receive the advance amount after 10 mins the call me and siad that he will send bank declaration form for account verification and asked for ₹41,500 and said 500 is the charges for the form and rest will be refunded in 48 hrs again i transferred the amount and i called him he said that after 10 min he will call and verify the account details.when i received his call he connect his call to his manager and the manager confirm the account details and on the call it self he said that he paid send the money and told to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 min i called again and asked for the transaction details they immediately send a letter in which they have written that your advance money is on hold, first i have to pay ₹2,70000 for CGST charge for the advance money which will be refunded in 12 hrs and the 41,500 will be also refunded then they will release the money. When i called him again he connect his call to his accountant Who’s name is (Aniket shukhla no. 7278787799) and he is refuses to send the money and asked for the gst first, when i said you only deduct the gst money from the 15 lakh he said he will reject the agreement and take legal action against me i agreed to him and asked for my money.Then he said to me that first i have to write a letter in which i have to mention that i have received the money . I refused to write the letter and when i call him and asked for my money then he says that you can book an appointment come to my office and meet to me and send the address of his (3rd Floor, B Wing, Fortune Building
