The company offered me a data entry job and asked for my interest to work. When I said yes they asked me for a photos of ID, Signature and a self photo for registering the name with them, I forwarded on their whatsapp(they didn’t mentioned about the agreement till then). After Few minutes they used my sign and ID details and forwarded an agreement without my concern, which I had taken lightly as I had self belief to complete the work in time. They gave me 510 forms to complete in one week also offered 40 per page and by the end of completing the forms they showed a report that only 47% is correct , now they are saying it’s not 90% correct so you have to pay 5500 and sent some legal notice texts in my number.
Next day I got a mail

2). Before Providing The Work, The Company Had Given You A Explanation Of The Work In Written And On Call Also , After Confirmation Of Your Company Having Done The Registration. You Had Received User Id And Password Had Been Sent In Your Registered Email Address. We Have Your Agreement, Acceptance Letter, Id Proof And Voice Recording As Legal Proof .
2)। कार्य प्रदान करने से पहले, कंपनी ने आपको लिखित और कॉल पर भी काम का स्पष्टीकरण दिया था, पंजीकरण के बाद आपकी कंपनी की पुष्टि के बाद। आप अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल पते में भेजे गए उपयोगकर्ता आईडी और पासवर्ड प्राप्त कर चुके थे। हमारे पास आपका अनुबंध, स्वीकृति पत्र, आईडी प्रमाण और कानूनी सबूत के रूप में वॉयस रिकॉर्डिंग है।
3). We Also Suggest That Once You Pay This Amount In Good Faith We Will Issue Your Noc Letter Within The Stipulated Time Of 15 Minutes. Hence, We Insist You Pay Your Outstanding To Our Client In Good Faith, So We Can Close Your Case File From Our End.
3)। हम यह भी सुझाव देते हैं कि एक बार जब आप अच्छी आस्था में इस राशि का भुगतान करते हैं, तो हम बिना किसी कानूनी मामले के 15 मिनट के निर्धारित समय के भीतर आपका एनओसीलेटर जारी कर देंगे। इसलिए, हम आपको अपने ग्राहक को अच्छी आस्था में अपनी बकाया राशि का भुगतान करने के लिए जोर देते हैं, इसलिए, हम आपकी केस फाइल को बंद कर सकते हैं।
4). Your Agreement Is Made With The Sole Proprietor Company For Which You Need To Clear Your Dues. As Per Act Of 1996, Article 14 Depicted In An Agreement.

Same company fraud me too. Once accidentally my laptop hang. After that when I login it said login blocked. I have to pay 4800 for reset and if I failed to do so, I have to pay registration fee 5250 which I paid in good faith due to my inability and wish to surrender. Next day this lawyer called me to settle which I paid totally around 30000 from my relatives saving. After that further they asked around twenty thousand more failing which the lawyer told about legal action. How can I pay twenty thousand more after paying around 35000 already. All transaction screen record is with me.
Please suggest what to do. Now I surrender and told them to do whatever is right.

I feel sorry for your money as they are fraud and you should not have given them even a single penny.
They are completely fraud and they actually take no legal actions but they just make you scare and take money out of your pockets

lady with same name called me . She asked for documents like adhar card and mail . I gave it, then later she gave me the registration form with all the terms and conditions,then later mail with login ID and password and said to login and start working. I haven’t started any work . If I don’t start work is it that I’m out of danger?.
Should I just block that mail and whatsapp no?

They ask me to register and after that they block id without any reason and ask me to pay to activate my id.Now I paid them but my id is still blocked and their customer care service didnt reply me .Now I want to file a complaint against them as I paid Rs.4800 for activation .How can I complain about them..?

Same happened with me they blocked id and asking me for 5400 ruppess to unblock and if I don’t pay they will take legal action and will send police to my house.
Is there any call coming after blocking there I’d on whatsapp.
