Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for Rectitude Technology for Captcha Work on 9th Jan and I received and agreement letter and email and I signed it and sent that to them however did not started working in that company. 4-5 days earlier, one lady called me and threatened to give money whereas I haven’t taken any sort of money from the company and then she said legal actions will be taken against me. Today I received a call from Advocate Vipul Patel, 8140139282 and received a message that “a case under the Section-73&74 alongwith Sec. 406, 417-420 of the Indian Penal Code for criminal breach of trust and fraud” has been filed against me and he put pressure on me for the payment. Slowly one by one they kept asking for amounts and I paid around 97000 just because I got scared due to Police and court.
This is a total fraud and I would request your assistance to file a complaint against this company so that I can receive my amount back.
