Hello sir,

I have paid for the trimmer which I received from a unknown brand but advertised on Facebook. I places an order on the basis of people’s reviews but it’s fake .I have paid rs 999 and wrote a message and a email to them but no response, also they have mentioned on the website if we want to return the product then we have to send it by courier on our own expenses. It means there is no guarantee that I will get my refund .I tried to find a contact number but its not mentioned there ,neither customer care number. Onky they have mentioned a address but it would be fraud too. It’s a request to you to pls take an action against such fraud name .
