I took a membership with Karma now called Valorah in March 2021 for 5 years against payment of Rs. 69000. Due to covid they did not take any bookings from March 2021 ato April 2022. Everytime we want o make a booking we have to login online. But till date we have not got any confirmation for our current booking. We even visited their office at

p: 18602585584 . in April first week as we did not get any response to our online booking or email. There they told us that the systems are down and to check next week. Till date they are not reachable or no response to emails or telephone calls. They have cheated us of Rs. 69000 who knows how many more customers they have cheated. We will file a police complaint.
