My Name is Pawan Kumar Gupta, I applied for online part time job on Quikr.com. Then I received a call from a man with the contact number -7265999870 and he offered and convinced me for the part time job providing the screenshot of the work. He said its too simple and just have to fill 700 forms in 7 day and there is no charge in advance but once you complete the work in time with accuracy of 90 % then they will deduct 4700 and if i fail to complete the work in given time then i will have to pay 4700 to them. Looking at the work is so simple, i agreed. They sent me an email (attached below) with all the details. But i worked so nicely and completed the work before time and submitted. But after submission they said that i failed in QC, after which i received an SMS ( shared below in attached file) stating that- “””Mr/Ms. pawan kumar gupta ,This is to inform you that your internal case (3852210) has been listed on 01/08/2020 for
Legal proceedings. Kindly call on 7265862653 for further details.”””
When i call in this number a lady answered but didn’t mention her name. She said that “I’m the advocate of Orian technology and since you failed to complete the work you will have to pay sum of rs-15500, and this just for not completing work in time (which i did) but also you will have to pay more if dont want to continue the work and started threatening me saying that if you dont pay we will send a legal notice on my given address.
Im not sure how to deal with kind of fraud people. But im also going to file a complaint in my area police station against the company.
And I request you all please be aware of this fraud company and let others also know about this company so that they will be safe .

I will suggest you not to pay any money to them, they are just threatening you to get more money from you. Don’t answer there call and if possible note all the names and contact number and complain/FIR at company name.
Note:- don’t pay any money… They are fraud, they will try to threaten you ask more money, but you don’t have to pay any money k. They will not be able to do anything.

Thanks to my Lord that I was not having Any Money to Pay them at that time. Also there should be a click in the mind at that time that they are not giving you time to understand. Just 15 min to make the payment. There I decided not to do anything now. Let them Struggle with their Techniques.

Yes same happened with me…after seeing all this i stopped working and then on 28 aug i got msg that they filed a case and soon it will be delivered on my address..and today on 29 i get soft copy to payy 4700 + 3000 and to repli within 7 days…
But i just made complaint at online cybercrime.gov.in And registered the complaint there…i know they all are frauds and please no one give anyy peeny to them
