I agreed for a part time work with stellar web solutions on phone.They made a legal agreement and then few hours later I came to know that It might be a fraud company.so I email them to cancel the agreement.
Twodays later on 28 Feb 20 I received a message that a case has been filed against me.On my personal investigation I concluded that It is fraud message just for money.I am attaching the message , Please confirm If in real a case is filed against me or its it’s a fake case.
Please help me to find the truth of the case mentioned in the message.Thank You.

I have also done this..but don’t worry ..jo khud fake h wo hum par kya case krega …
Its a fraud cocmpany the website domain was taken on 21 feb 2020 ,and company is not regitered so if tehy are giving threat of fir dont pay heed to that instead we all should come together and do FIR on them for forging false stamp paper

Chill buddy this all are fake. And nobady can make agreement with with ur a photo and a signature copy.and the case sms are also fake. Nobody can do anything.for ur further knowledge go youtube and search cybernet data solution

Sir maine bhi online work krne ke liye project lia tha phle bola gya ki pc aur mobile dono se aap kaam ko pura kr skte ho bt baad mai bola gya ki sirf pc pe krna ..maine phle pc pe log in kia lekin vahan nhi hua phir maine mobile pe log in kia aur mera account bloked kr dia aur ab bol rhe hai ki 8000 hjaar rs se dobara account reopen krvaao ya nhi toh court se 5000 se agreement ko leke bol rhe hai sir please help me

I have worked 4 days from 28/02/2020 to 02/03/2020 & suddenly my Id gone blocked. And after contacting him they said it’s your fault & have to pay Rs. 7999/- or Registration charge Rs. 4999/-. I denied for payment because I have done nothing to blocked my id. Today one of so called advocate called me your case has been filing in the court. I said go file the case & here I am also doing the same. Just now I received the message regarding your case has been filed just like yours issue. contact me 8210314418

I got a call from staller web solution about working from home (data entry work) via quikr.com tha wass filling 500 forms online on their portal in 5 days so i agreed to do. They send me a mail with attached one pdf file, which represents step by step procedure and payment method. After that they again call me and told me to send any id proof to complete the joining process, so that i was send my voter id via email. After some times i got another call form stellar web Solutions and she told me your id has been successfully activated now you can login and check all details and my work will be started on 26 Feb 2020. I filled complete from before deadline date 1 Mar 2020 . Next day 2 Mar 2020 i got another call from stellar web Solutions and they told me check your email that has been sent QC report. I had checked mail and got QC report, Report show me some brief details total form 500, Correct Form 436 and Incorrect form 64. After that he gave me a proposal like this in WhatsApp……

After that i call them and said this amount is too large, I can’t affordable. But he told me its refundable when you get salary, i am said can’t.
After that i decided to quit my id
I want to closed my ID
He reply me.
Then pay registration fees of 4,999/-
I was really scared with agreement which made by stellar web Solutions
So i pay registration fee 4999 amount .
Your payment has been received
And NOC approval will be send to court for agreement cancellation.
After some hours later
I got a text message like…
Congratulations! Your Agreement Cancellation Request Has Been Accepted Kindly Collect The NOC From The Advocate Associate Akola District Court To Cancel The Bond With NOC Charge Of 21963/- INR To Avoid The Further Legal Issues.
I was also scared to see this type of message which deliver by court.
And i pay 21963 amount To

Next day 3 Mar 2020 i got another text message like this.
Alert! Mr/Ms Dinesh Mandal As Per The Court Report You Have To Collect The Docket Number To Avoid Notice Process And To Avoid Further Legal Issues, Applicable Charges Will 37,980/- INR. Contact Your Case Leading Advocate For Docket Related Issues.
I was so much scared to see this type of message which deliver by court.
After that i was told everything to my colleagues, where i am working.
My colleagues searched everything and told me its just froud and they fool you, Don’t worry.
Now no amount paid to anyone my colleagues know advocate and discussed with him about all things including agreement. Advocate said agreement not valid and they just try to fool you and get money from you.
You never ever pay anyone. Court never ever work like this.
I have little bit smile on my face and some relax.
Friends be safe this type of froud case and be aware also.
I lost 27000 of my hard work income. But i want to like no one lost this type of their hard work income so that i wrote comments with all details
