Optibase is a Company from where I get a call asking about home based data entry job, then The caller asked me to gave my documents like adhar(both side photo), email Id,passport size photo & a full signature in a blank page, to which they can create my ID. So I have given all my documents and they sent a contract paper made by them and it was written that if I fail to complete my work in 5 days I have to pay their registation fees of Rs-6900/-. After reading that I imidiately call the contact person and she told me that It will no issue and I want to break the agreement I can break it when I want but in the agreement it clearly said that If I want to break the agreement before 11 month I have to pay the amount to the Company on remaining months. So I decide not to work for this Company & told her I don’t want to take any task.
After 10 days a legal notice came in my mail by Adv Vishnu Singh that I have break the rules of agreement so I have to pay 72000/- for the lose of the Company or they will take a legal action against me… I don’t know what kind of fraud they are even their helpline number also not responding or even the number of her who called me also switch off.. The legal mail just came to my mail id on (24/05/2021)…
If anyone can help please help me I don’t know what to do they are scamming with ous with our legal documents.
