I’ve booked my dth on 09 Nov 18. Booking id R700010710, work order no. 690637, customer id 1004665020, service request no. 806808. I received confirmation message after giving complaint. Initially they keep on trying me that my connection will be done with in 10-15 days. After this period they gave me the no of dealer LM Enterprises, who denied to do it. When I have complaint again they told me that it will be done in 24-48 hrs. Again after this I was told for another 24-48 hrs. When I asked for complain number, they told that they don’t have complain number. I wanted to talk to customer relation manager but they denied telling he is busy and can’t talk now. Now I want my money back because I know they are fraud and reliance has opened a fraud Company to cheat people. Kindly help me
