Sir, Mjhe NAT Enterprises ki tarf se call aya bola ki form filling ka home based job hai, agreement kraya,,, lekin maine kaam start nhi kia kyuki mjhe pta chla ki woh fraud hai,,, but woh khrhe hai ki registration fee pay krna hoga

I got a call from Arohi “7486049358” who given me this form filling work from home, after 5days when I m trying to get in touch for some query but all the provided no. Is showing faurd . I don’t know if there would be any problem I m going to face in future.Help
Sir/Madam file an FIR in the nearest police station..you don’t need to worry these are online frauds.
Is there any problem if they do so and we block the number? Can they still do something?
No they can do nothing as they have no rights here to file a suit.
But they might still find a way to reach you as you have given your detailed address in the contract.
Better file an FIR and whatsapp them the copy they will themselves block your number.
What did you do? Usse nikalne ke liye?
One of my client got the same call and texts…her reaction was similar to yours.
She just told them send me the notice, I’ll be ready with my lawyer and since then they stopped calling and texting.

Sir, nat enterprises company ne muje work offer kiya , 1200 forms complete krne k liye within 8 days me, aur kha k. 1080 forms correct hone chahiye, mene work complete kr dea aur ab unone msg kiya k apke khilaaf internal case ho gya hai, to sir btaye mai. Kya kru ab, isko seriously lena chahiye ja nhi,
madam..yeh ek fraud company hai sabko aise dhamki mil rahi hai…aap pareshan mat hoiye sirf ek FIR file kar dijeye police station mai ya fir unka number blocked kar dijeye, jaise apko thik lage.
Sir same with me muJhe baar baar advocate ke call aa rhe hai for payment of 4700. Agar nhi pay Kiya to court me case file ho jaega.

No need to worry about it … They are totally fake and fraud … Mujhe b aise hi bol rhe the block them and if they’ll call you ..tell them that you’ll complain against them in police station
hello friends as per above complaint mine also the more or less the thing was like i complete 1200 forms i told to that executive via whatsapp that i have complete my project please guide to convert into pdf from that moment he didnt attend my call nor reply to my message the person who contact me his name was herry rathod . I completed my job on 09/09/2020 by 5.00 pm sharp even i email to there id regarding his misbehavior in hope at least the support dept resolve my problem but till today no response from there side in morning i got email at 10.27 am name as legal officer in that they are directly blaming i m failed to complete there project which is not correct before this there was no call, msg, email from there side regarding project directly they send so called legal notice by email then i received second email around 11.20 am within one hour naming as corporate legal in that they are clearly threatening to pay and i receive one call by there side as lawyer of that company first the lady was speaking then she gave the phone to gents they didn’t tell name his language was so cheap like road side gunda then he sent whatsapp in that he said me that i have to pay 150000/- and i didnt pay this and if they proof me as criminal then i have to 650000/- this is totally bullshit then i m getting system generated sms 6 times in a day in that sms they clear mention that if i didnot 10000/- to them by today ie 16/09/2020 then this will impact on my cibil score . Here are some point i have to mention
1) court will send you notice direct on your residential place and they will took particular person signature
2) In one day court will not irritated you by sending you email sms etc . The main thing court will never to this it will direct send notice
3) please friends whenever you for register fees or deposit fee please ask to that company their legal documents like pan card or gst number cross verify it then only proceed further

Hello Sir I am also facing same problem, the company has maked me agree a agreement and then i work and faced problem so they were no receive of call from there side and then they filled a case against me for not working
All of u pls apply this Funda by giving them back a dose of their own medicine.. like above what the advocate said tht one his client replied to them saying tht she ll come with a lawyer to court then those ppl never got back at her.. same I did and I didn’t get a reply from them otherwise daily they would keep sending fraud threats in the name of law
i am also facing same problem before 6months and now after 6 months they send mail to me for paying amount otherwise he send the notice but i ignore it. is that ok
