I have purchased a toy worth Rs ₹1699 from Shiv shakti Enterprises on https://blackbuss.com site – Order #BB20225 on dated 10 Sept 2021.
They send the faulty product which is complete waste of money. Immediately, I raise refund request as per their process & Policies. But there is no response till date.
they have no contact number where we can approach them & followup our request. also not a single like (Facebook, tweeter, Instagram) is active on their site. I lost my hard earn money 🙁 .. Need to teach such fraud company a life time lesson so they will not cheat anymore anyone.
