The Purifier was installed in October and since then it has already needed 3 repairs. And the machine is again broken for the 4th time, needing repairs.
Each complaint booked had taken more than 10 days and multiple escalations each time to be answered and closed.
In simple words we are deeply fed-up and frustrated with the product and service. Out of 4 months, more than 2 months the product has been sitting broken in our kitchen. This is enough of harassment and mockery from your side, now we want to simply return the product.
