Hello my name is Shweta samuel… I applied for a job at quicker and a company named orbit technology, macro tech contacted me and told me that they will provide me 500 forms per project and deduct 6k from my first salary which will be 21 k it is for only one time and there should be 90% accuracy, i will be given 5 days to complete my work if i haven’t completed on time or didn’t maintained accuracy then i need to pay penalty which is 6k…..They asked for my adhaar card and personal signatures and told me to sign an agreement which will be of 11 months and if i refused to do so then they’ll file a case against me… I agreed with them… After that they assigned me one ID to fill forms. I completed my work in 2 days then, i asked them to give me my salary and they said that I haven’t mainted 90 % accuracy but i know i have maintained more than 90 % accuracy….i refued to pay money because i was totally sure that I’ve completed my work with full accuracy…they started threatening me that if i won’t pay money then they’ll file a case and misuse my adhaar card and signature…and if in 10 mins i won’t pay them.. Then, i need to pay 2 lakhs to get my adhaar card and signature back…please catch this company as soon as possible they’re making everyone fool
