Dated:- 10 – 03-2021 got a Job offer from Ajay Sharma Cognizant System(company is situated in Gujrat) offering me online form fillup job of filling 510 forms within 4 days and in return I shall get payment of Rs. 19380/-. They sent me one agreement and
I started the work from 10-03-2021. till 14 -03-2021 I completed the target. But on
16-03-2021- they sent me a mail stating that my working ID has been
blocked due to my negligence and they demanded Rs.15530/- to agreement cancellation charge, server charge, NOC and unblock the ID and proceed my payment. I denied to pay the amount as I had not done any negligent function as stated by themselves. They threaten me to take legal action. I paid no heed to them. Today I have received one mail from
[email protected] containing legal notice (suspected to be
false) by one Advocate Wasim Shaikh directing me to appear before Anand District Court with a challan amount of Rs.37950/-. I assume the CNGNIZANT SYSTEM company is a fraud company who is looting money from innocent job aspirant by their tricky action. Legal action should be taken against this company. I am giving bellow all the details of phone numbers and email Ids

I also want to suggest if anyone is already in trap, don’t pay them any money. They will claim that they will file FIR. Don’t panic seeing false legal notice. AS the company itself is fake, it cant take any legal action. They just want to loot money by the name of legal action.

Summon Letter :- If You Don’t Reply On The Time Period It Means That T/C You Agree And You May Be On The Fault And As per Notice You Are
Disrespecting The Notice And Law So As Per The Court Summon Letter Will Be Issued It Is To Notifying A Named Party That A Case Involving
