Sent wrong productCCW5005 and then tried to get my device information by sending me some code which I had to send back within 15 second. When I refused he said that u will not get refund and use what ur sent plus and no email also will be sent. The courier name which used was delhivery. I want to put a consumer complaint

Hi Had a similar experience with clothing crew- they have sent very bad quality fabric instead of the product that I have ordered.
Big fraud company, looting people
Same happened to me.. ordered dress worth 1400/ and received bad quality saree.And then blocked my number.. now their number is switched off. They are big big frauds.. legal action must be taken.

CCW7550 wrong product been sent and now they are asking for contact number and WhatsApp number and other details.
