My Name is Deepak Mishra i have taken a franchise of big mart in the month of Jan 2020 . and paid a amount of Rupees 472000 as Franchise Fee . and booked my Franchise Place in Agra, after some time the same franchise sales manager called me Mr Sharad and ask me to take franchise of Grocery 4 U, i have asked him why he want to convert my franchise from big mart to grocery 4 u mart then he told me that big mart has started thier new brand with name of grocery 4 u, due to some issue now that franchise manager asked me to convert this brand name from big mart to grocery 4 u mart. then i visited grocery 4 u .
Grocery 4 U Retail Private Limited is an unlisted private company. It was incorporated on 07 February, 2020 and is located in, Uttar Pradesh. It is classified as a private limited company.The company has two directors – Mukesh Mehra and Vinay.
The registered office of the company is at Plot No. 4, Morti Moad, Raj Nagar Ext. GHAZIABAD Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

I visited the office in noida, Office Add: G -194 Sector 63 Noida, and i meet mr. Mukesh and Vinay over there on 28/02/2020. He explained me about thw franchise model of grocery 4 u mart the model was good i was very much excited to do this business, but after coming to my home my parents suggested me too google this company and its background, so i gooled the same, after some time i found that there is no background of this company, also they do not have any single store, they are taking 11 lac 25 lac 50 lac 1 crore and 2 croe from frnachise and assuring us that they will be giving us 10% every month, how can a company can give 10% of the total investment, it is good for us but, there should be a good calculations behind this projection but they do not have any, they are only saying that they will give, but after taking the franchise they will not pick the call of any one, because mr Mukesh and Vinay have assured me about 10% every month of rupees 11 lac, and also they will make my store live. It is impossible, they will loot my money and i think they do not have any md director company owner they are fraud people who will take money of poor people, so please beaware of this company we can go for another reputed company for taking franchise like easy day, vishal mart, big bazaar, do not be foolish in this kind of projection, total fraud setup also office is very small only 4 or 5 members are working there that is not secure, they have there head office in Noida side but they are not telling to anyone about thia there owner is fraud person also they will not tell company md name profile there house address. All fake fraud

all the name in this compalint of the person are fraud and doing franchise fraud in india they have already looted 10 cr from the market . thy do not have background, do not invest in grocery 4 you, 3 times already police noida police raid in there office, office is closed now, they will take your moeny and run away .
