1. On August 10, 2020 I got a call for a work from home data entry job from the mobile number 7575865268 introducing himself as Mr. Amit Shah from “Eldora Ventures” where in I had to fill 610 forms in 6 days with 90% accuracy (minimum 549 to be correct) and I will be paid Rs. 32 per form (610×32= Rs. 19,520/-) and I was informed if I achieve 90% accuracy and they will deduct Rs4,520/- as a registration fee from the salary. He sent me an email from [email protected] at 3:55 pm on 10.08.2020 with an attachment of the details of the Company “Eldora Ventures”.
2. I replied to such email with my ID Proof (Voter ID) on the self same date.
3. After which I received a confirmation call where I was explained the role of the job.
4. On 10.08.2020 I got another email from [email protected] where a link was provided https://www.eldora ventures.com in the body of the mail. I was asked to register on the link and digitally place my signatures on the agreement provided on the Link.
5. On 12.08.2020 at 4:53pm, I received another mail which had my employment contract and other details of the Company. The agreement was executed on a Rs.100 Judicial Stamp paper and looked authentic and genuine. I got a call from the company Eldora ventures for confirmation and I intimated that I will start from next day August 11, 2020.
6. Next day I got call again from 7575865268 (Mr. Amit Shah) enquiring whether I have started the job or not. I completed the data filling job as per the agreement by August 16, 2020. I got call today i.e August 18, 2020 from one Rajveer (mobile 7573832184) asking if I have completed the job and I said I have done it and then he said I will get the accuracy report and accordingly the salary would be paid. I received the accuracy/ QC report from mail id [email protected] at 11:39am where I came to know I had done 539 correct entries out of 610. Now since 90% correct data entry was not done I received a call again from Rajveer from mobile 7573832184 again that he will provide a software to rectify the same and 90% accuracy will be obtained and I can get the total salary and asked me to transfer a sum of Rs. 17,950/-. He assured me that this Rs. 17,950/- which will be refunded post rectification and adjusted in my salary.
7. He further asked me to transfer the sum of Rs. 17,950/- to “e-recharges@airtel” in name of account Bhagyshree Patwa. He threatened that if I failed to remit the sum of Rs. 17,950/- to the said account then I would have to pay Rs. 4,520/- and then a charge sheet will be filed against me from court in Junagarh Court, Gujarat for not completing the job.
8. After being threatened with such severe charges, I was petrified and transferred the Rs 17,950/- amount from Google pay UPI Id panda@okicici google transaction id CICAgKCFs7juLA.
9. On remitting the sum of Rs. 17,950/-, I again got a call from the Salary department from one Mr. Prabhat Ranjan (mobile number 7575098638) of Eldora Venture that since a minimum credit score of 8 has not been received due to low accuracy I need to pay an additional processing charge of Rs.22,950/- which is refundable. I was manipulated into believing in all these statements made by the concerned official from the Company.
10. Then, I called Rajveer as I wasn’t informed about all this when I was offered the job. He merely said that he had forgot to inform about all this. Then he pressurized, harassed me to pay another Rs 22,950/- to the mentioned UPI e-recharges@airtel.
11. He again offered that I could pay Rs. 4,520 /- which was the registration amount and collect the NOC from Junagadh Court after paying the necessary amount for refund of all amounts. So under pressure I again transferred Rs 22,950 from Google Pay UPI panda@okicici with transaction id CICAgKCFs7zCVA.

Once the amount was transferred I received a mail from an advocate with Sidhant Agarwal from the email id [email protected]. He is now harassing me since the contract is breached I have to pay Rs. 32,560/- and asking to report at Junagadh District Court Gujarat on August 19, 2020 with the Rs 32,560 to collect no objection certificate. He is also threatening me now for consequences form mobile number 9099348994.

Again i received a chargesheet to appear at junagadh court on 22/10/2020 which also seems fake demanding Rs 47950 else threatening an arrest warrant.
