I order 2 piece of wireless earphone for 1599 online from Gadget 24 by 7/E -Widget Store.I received order today and this was COD order. The courier company xpressbees instead on paying before I see product. I transferred 1599 rupees to the persons account. After I opened product it was a duplicate product. Now courier company person ran away and upon calling also didn’t return my money. They say if packet is opened it cannot be taken back.
I should get in touch with company from whom I ordered product. I certainly feel the company is a fraud company and xpressbees are equal partner in crime as inspire of knowing this is a fraud company they took away my money which was still in their account and not paid to gadget 24 by 7.
