I’d a very Bad experience with this agency , i’m not a person who invests a lot of time to write reviews , but this become important as i don’t want other children to go through the same experience my child went through , the feedback is not about money but the experience me and my child got .
Please be careful of the Manager Abeer specially , he is very rude , he also threatned me saying if i post a review he will ask his PR team to get this deleted , I only want other parents to be careful while taking your children for shoots there .
I visited this place on 18th of Aug for a photoshoot of my child who is an infant i paid them 3k for portfolio + 2k for registration which has all gone wasted , they promised me of sharing the add within 15 days with constant followup no one share the add with me , Abeer the manager went out of reach for a couple of days , then i received a call form Limescreen telling me Abeer has left the organisation and then again received call that he has rejoined (not sure on how this org works they are only money minder people)
After sharing my concerns i did receive call from a couple of female employees working with limescreen but they also did not provide resolution , and shared a fake add instead ( a infant holding product which is being used by his age children and the add being merged with a product which a 2-5 year child uses) they think people are fools and they can share anything they want .
I’ve been following up with these people without any resolution , i do have screenshots if any one of you want to look at them i can share
These people are fraud ,if you are not careful they will send you fake adds , and say that this has been published on some social Media Website which is not the truth .
@ Himanshu Gopalrani -hope your customer are your first priority , i’ll be happy to have resolution here
