Respected sir/madam
I have received a WhatsApp message from 9648677026 asking for work from home from the zencraft solutions. They said i have to fill the forms online on their website, 600 forms for 6 days. They asked me for the documents like adhar, phone number email id and signature for the free of cost registration which was done by them only. Then i started the work and the work was not looking any authentic with no guarantee of payment and work seem impossible in 6 days of period of time so i decide to leave it as it is.
Now after a day they sent me a message from GJHCRT for penalty of rs. 9999/- that I’m not able to finish the work in time and now i have to pay the compensation amount to the client and if I’ll not pay they will go to court as they said they are from legal department. So i told them i give up the job, i resign from job, they said i have signed an agreement and then in the next mail they send me one stamp paper agreement, which i never signed and they put my online signed on it without asking me, they even didn’t tell me about any type of agreement before starting of work. This company is full of fraud so please kindly look into this matter and filed the case against them.
Please help me in this matter sir as soon as possible
