They have called me for data entry job on one month agreement, but I was unable to complete the work with 90% accuracy then I have called to Mr Rahul (who has called me for job) and ask him did I have to pay the fine they never told me about extra charges of NOC, they told me that the company will call you for your work and then decide the charges will pay or not. After two day an advocate Vijay pratap Singh has called me said if I had not paid the charges they will file a complaint against me in court, I was nervous and feared for case and court therefore I had paid the Portal charges that they mentioned in agreement 5500 plus GST(6490). After that again the advocate called me and said that I have to pay NOC charges also which was 3500 rs. I said your company has not told me about this and this was also not mentioned in agreement so I can’t pay this amount then he was again feared me for court complaint after that I have to pay the amount. After this they were send my NOC many calls and reminders, but still they have not paid my salary and also not responding me on call or whatsapp. They were believed me that they are not a fraud company but today I called them any another person picked my call who has not knowledge about this company and all about this happening. Please help me to collect my money from this fraud company and do action against them.
