I got a offer from a company for data entry job but they didn’t explain anything about the work , just told it’s about data entry but later I got a mail from company telling I’m registered and sent terms and conditions documents asking me to sign that contract if and only if I’m satisfied with the terms and conditions. I didn’t sign the contract as I was not okay with terms but later I got a call from a person telling I should work compulsory even if I don’t sign else I should pay them 6400 rupees or they’ll send legal notice from court. So please help me resolve this.
