i had received call from one person stating have to fill forms of 700 and registration fee will be deducted from 1st salary, person haven’t mentioned about the situation if the work isn’t completed.person infact didn’t give me time to read whole agreement and made me to complete registration.There was even server error that concerned person had asked me I will be given one more day to work but then didn’t provide any proper information. Now they have sent me a message regarding case filed..Case Has Been Approved At Pune District Court At Pune Maharashtra – 431603 Case Type – Breaching Contract Of Tech Caster Company . Case Status – Approved cibil Case Number – UEL97/2020/915 Filling Number – 2020/615 FIR Number – AGR/NG/1032/LC25 Under Act – IPC 73,74,465.
On typing the case number in Google there’s different company issues with same procedure and same case number.
These people are ruining our trust as we had started looking for job due to financial issues but these people are looting us.

This same thing has happend with me but that is bigdataavenue company which is from jamnagar,gujrat they are black mailing(advocate akash malhotra,wasim shaikh,sahil vij)they made a case against me with the same IPC sections.
