I am also one victim of this fraud company. I noticed an ad on my mobile put by bookmytab.com. I placed order for Wizpad N20 10.1″ display 4G Calling Tab 4GB/128GB. Paid Rs. 4299 through my credit card. This money is paid to PAYU MONEY not for the bookmytab.com website. I received a order confirmation message and no any other details. When I tried to contact the website, all links to reach the website were locked. On 22nd I received a parcel from Shadowfax Courier. There was no information about the sender. When I opened the parcel I found SKU 138 which was 9.7 inch display WiFi Tablet in defective condition. There was a Telegram chat was available and hence, I tried to have information on 17 July 2020, but a robotic reply was received asking me to furnish the Order No. which I don’t have. I asked the courier the details, but they didn’t respond. I was tense. On a guess, I put a 10 digit order number on Telegram chat on 24 July 2020. There I was able to get the email ID as support@bookmytab.com. I sent mail to them giving all details and asked them to replace or refund, but no reply. Again I sent another mail, no avail. In my third mail, I told them that I will go to consumer court in case my request is not complied with. Again no reply. Since there was a facebook mark on the website, I searched the page of bookmytab on facebook. There I found some contact numbers as their customer service. I gave a call to one of such number 6289087209. The person who received my call has told me that they have no credit card details to refund since amount paid has gone to PAYU MONEY. He asked me my credit card details. Since they are from bookmytab company, I gave full details. Immediately that person registered my card at e-Secure and begin to swipe money. When I noticed a SMS on my mobile that Rs.9999 is paid to Citruspa*olacabs, I asked him why he has taken money from my card for which he told that he will refund the entire money. I suspected him and immediately sent a request to my Bank to block my card which took 2-3 minites. By that time, he swiped my card another 4 times for Rs.1500 each and this amount has gone to Paytm. When I contacted another number 9144282110. The person who received the call, asked me to open my net banking since I have to accept the amount he may transfer. I told him since you have my card details you can give credit but you cannot take any money. Or I will give you my account number to which you can transfer by NEFT. But they declined. They repeated same transactions again but all of them were declined by bank. Thus, I have sustained financial loss of Rs. 15999 besides Rs. 4299 the amount which I paid while placing the order for Tab. The website is a fraud one. I don’t know how many people are put to problem by this website. Please do not pay any more money to this fraud company and his culprit agents.
