Text of Complaint by RUGMINI M:

3 Dresses were ordered which was found to be really different from the one shown in the image when delivered. The product was cash on delivery but the ekart person didn’t allow to open the product. We need refund of rs 799. Image which is shown in the left side is the one which the website was showing while buying .but the image in the right is what is delivered. Quality is worst and no refund option in website
